Kerryn Douglas
Director
Kerryn has extensive knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003 and uses this knowledge to train others through several National training partners.

Kerryn likes following her two teenage boys around their various sports, which keeps her fairly busy.
Kerryn is certified in the following:
* Post Graduate Certificate in Management
* Diploma in Human Resource Management
* NZIM Diploma in Management
* Certificate in Small Business Management
* NZPPA Certificate in Payroll Practice

Paula Eckhold
Operations Manager
Paula has several years of payroll experience. Her attention to detail ensures only the very highest quality of work for the clients she works with. ​Paula generally works with our large employers or those that have electronic time and attendance, and electronic leave applications.
​
Paula enjoys spending time with her two young girls, who keep her pretty busy.
​
Prior to Payroll Paula was an executive secretary for a large HR consultancy firm as well as an Office Manager. She ensures we run a smooth operation here at Pay Check and provides the very best of care for our clients.

Paula is certified in the following:​
* Diploma in Computer Graphic Design
Mami Cuthers
Payroll Administrator
Mami is our Payroll Superstar. She is the efficient processer behind the scenes making sure all your staff get paid.

Mami currently works on Mondays to Thursdays.
Mami likes relaxing by watching movies. She loves a good horror film!

Melanie Wang
Payroll Assistant
Tracey has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to payroll. Previously working in the public service and accounting sector.

When Tracey isn't at work she is kept busy with her two young girls and after school sports.
​
You will find Tracey at our reception desk taking very good care of our valued clients.

New to the Pay Check family in 2024, Melanie helps out with our busy days and brings in the best home cooking!

Melanie loves to travel, and since being with Pay Check has travelled to China and New York. We love hearing about her travels with her family.
